VanEssa mobilcamping has not only the right camping accessories for your vacation, but also equips your van perfectly with the necessary electrics. You can find out more about our electrical solutions – carried out at our site in Grosshöhenrain, Bavaria.

On the move the appropriate electrical equipment ensures hussle-and-worry-free travelling. Depending on your individual needs and type of travelling (camping sites, wild camping, etc.) the van should be equipped with suitable electrics.

On vacation, the car battery keeps discharging because the van is often only driven a few kilometers at its destination. A battery charger can help here. This charges the battery (and/or the secondary battery) in a short time.

The utilized technics in our VanEssa kitchens (compressor cool box, pumping system for sink) needs very little power. You may get along with the car battery up to two days (depending on the outside temperature). As soon as the voltage supply decreases under a certain value, the cool box turns off so that you are still able to start the car. Anyway – this situation is better to be avoided, after all you wish to have cool drinks and supplies at your disposal all the time.

If you mostly go to camp sites, a battery charger for the starter battery is enough. If you prefer wild camping or a mixed holiday of camp sites and wild camping, we recommend a second battery. Another improvement towards self-sufficient travelling would be a solar panel in combination with a second battery.

230V or another 12V socket in the vehicle is another important and necessary supplement to make the holiday more comfortable.
