VEHICLE CONSTRUCTION FLOOR BOARD FOR VOLKSWAGEN T5 / T6 / T6.1 TRANSPORTER / CARAVELLE LONG WHEELBASE - WITH CUTOUTS FOR THE SEAT FIXINGS
Volkswagen Transporter and Caravelle are (often) delivered without a vehicle construction floor board. In order to fix our VanEssa interior modules or storage boxes etc. you will need a wooden floor board. It also protects your car´s original floor and serves as an additional sound insulation.
The board creates an even surface without annoying seat fixing points. Due to the provided cutouts it is easy to remove the seats from the original fixings and also reattach them at any time. Matching covers out of stainless steel for the cutouts give you an even and noble surface.
VanEssa´s floor board is attached to the screw fittings of the lashing eyes. If desired, the lashing eyes can be reattached to the VanEssa's floor board for further use.
To make the floor look nicely, you can cover it with a carpet or PVC.
NOTE: If you only need the floor board to attach an interior module, we recommend the half floor board. You only need to have our complete floor in order to equip your van with VanEssa's Arco system, to use your vehicle as a commercial transport vehicle or to have an end-to-end flat surface for everyday use.

Assembly
Remove existing back seats
Put the floor board in the vehicle
Attach it to the screw fittings of the vehicle's lashing eyes
Delivery: additional charge (appears automatically when selected) due to additional logsitic effort
Cutouts / Covers
Covering the cutouts of the seat fixings
Even if the seats are not in use, the cutouts must be milled, otherwise the floor board will not be flat in the vehicle
Upgrade with PVC covering
Upgrading the floor board at our factory possible, e.g. with Linoleum or PVC covering (max. 4 mm)
