via Munich:

motorway A8 Munich – Salzburg
exit Hofolding, then turn left towards Hofolding
turn right towards Rosenheim (ST2078)
in Großhelfendorf: turn left towards Großhöhenrain
follow the course of the road through Kleinhelfendorf, Trautshofen, Oberlaus, Unterlaus
pass the roundabout, follow the course for 2km
directly after the forest turn right into Lauserstraße 27

via Salzburg:

motorway A8 Salzburg – Munich
exit Bad Aibling, then turn left towards Bad Aibling
follow the course of the road for 2km
take the 3rd exit in roundabout towards Munich
follow the course of the road towards next roundabout
take the 3rd exit in roundabout towards Munich again
follow the course of the road to Feldkirchen-Westerham, at the 1st traffic light turn right
follow the course of the road to Unterlaus
in Unterlaus take the first exit in roundabout towards Großhöhenrain
follow the course for 2km
directly after the forest turn right into Lauserstraße 27
entrance to VanEssa-site between both buidlings on the right hand side
