Shipping costs Germany
Within Germany, orders are sent FREE OF CHARGE. We bear the costs for postage, insurance and packaging.
Shipping costs Europe
For deliveries abroad, shipping costs will be charged, which are displayed in the checkout area after entering the address. These vary depending on the delivery method (parcel service, forwarding agent, post office) or the size and weight of the parcel / pallet.
For Sweden and Finland, the parcel will be delivered to a Packstation or Postshop.
Shipping costs to third countries in Europe (e.g. Switzerland, Great Britain, Norway)
International deliveries are subject to shipping costs, which vary depending on the delivery method (parcel service, carrier, post) and the size and weight of the parcel or pallet. The exact shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed in the checkout area after entering the delivery address.
Please note: For deliveries to non-EU countries (e.g. Switzerland, Norway), customs will issue a separate invoice with the respective country-specific VAT, customs duties, import and export duties and a handling fee.

Delivery times
In the confirmation e-mail (the one with the prepayment invoice, not the automatic order confirmation) you will receive all information about the expected delivery time. As soon as we have received your payment, we will usually proceed directly: we will send your order as quickly as possible to the address you have provided.
Our usual delivery times:
- Parcel shipping: 1-2 working days
- Freight forwarding: 3-5 working days
(Shipping abroad may take a little longer)
Our production times:
- Sleeping systems approx. 1-2 weeks
- Rear kitchens & modular towersapprox. 3-5 weeks
Important in the high season:
In the high season, it can sometimes take up to 4 weeks for kitchens and modular towers. If there are any delays, we will of course contact you directly.
Special requests?
For custom-made products or special decors, the delivery time may be longer depending on the effort involved. But we will keep you up to date on this too.
