SLEEPING SYSTEM DIVIDED TO THE KITCHEN IN THE MERCEDES CITAN II

A minivan and still plenty of space for the active camper with bike, skis & co.

Our VanEssa sleeping system also transforms this interior into a comfortable sleeping space for up to two people.

This means you remain flexible and can use the bed to suit the situation. During the journey, the system rests in the trunk. The passenger compartment and existing seats can be fully utilized.

Your Citan & T-Class remains an everyday vehicle that can be converted into a motorhome in a matter of minutes if required.

Overview and advantages

  • comfortable bed surface as a single bed; Extendable to a double bed, also possible retrospectively
  • Flexible use of the space next to the single bed (e.g. space for a bicycle or large dog)
  • very high quality, comfortable VanEssa COMFORT sleeping pad
  • Sturdy construction, specially "tailored" for your vehicle
  • the bed is positioned over the folded seats
  • Existing seats can be used during the journey
  • Meanwhile, the sleeping system with mattress rests in the trunk on the rear kitchen
  • Enough space for storage under the sleeping system, yet a comfortable distance from the vehicle roof
  • Very easy tool-free installation and removal of the complete system in just a few minutes
  • Small space requirement when storing the sleeping frame at home

Structure

  • Slide/fold the driver's and front passenger's seat slightly forward
  • Rear kitchen is attached to original lashing eyes in the vehicle
  • If the rear seats are left in, their headrests are removed (interfere with the bed assembly)
  • Snap the sleeping board onto the rear board; unfold the attached support board and set it down vertically in the rear passenger compartment
  • Unfold the sleeping board; unfold the support board attached to it and set it down vertically in the front passenger compartment
  • Spread out the sleeping pad - done!
