Shipping costs
Shipping is free of charge within Germany. For deliveries abroad, shipping costs will be charged, which are displayed in the checkout area after entering the address.Product selection & order

We check the availability and compatibility of the products. If necessary, we will get in touch with you.
Order confirmation & invoice
You will receive a confirmation and the invoice by e-mail. If a product is not immediately available or has a delivery time that differs from the online store, we will inform you of the delivery time.Payment
Payment is made in advance. In the checkout area, you can choose between bank transfer, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay and credit card. For faster processing, we recommend direct online payment. If you decide against this, you will receive our bank details and PayPal address together with the invoice - please include the invoice number as a note.Shipping
After receipt of payment, we will send the goods to your specified delivery address. Depending on the size and weight, shipping will be by post, DHL or forwarding agent.Export delivery Note
In the case of an export delivery to a third country (e.g. Switzerland), we issue the invoice net (without German VAT). We only charge the shipping costs to the specified delivery address and the export fee. In a separate invoice, customs will charge the VAT of the respective country, the customs fees, the import fees and a handling fee.Collection

Arrange an installation date
To ensure that your installation runs smoothly, we recommend making an appointment by phone at +49 (0) 8063 / 207600 or via our online appointment tool. This allows us to check the desired equipment for availability and prepare it for collection or installation.Collection or installation on site
Visit our plant in Großhöhenrain (Directions). Here you can pick up your products in person or take advantage of the free initial installation.
