The VanEssa Surfer bed can be used as a single or double bed and is completely flexible, allowing you to adapt the sleeping system to suit your needs. 

For example, when using the single bed, you can also use a single seat in the vehicle on the space that has become free.

The following seat combinations are possible (depending on vehicle length): 

• without rear seats
• or with adjacent single seat(s)
• or with a folded down three-seater bench seat (foldable forwards)
• rear row of seats MUST be removed  

This way you remain flexible and can use the bed according to the situation. During the journey, the system rests in the boot. The passenger compartment and seats can be fully used.

Assembly

• Place the rear board in the boot of the vehicle
• fix laterally with adjusting screws (no change to your vehicle)
• Attachment to the original rail system / lashing eyes
• Push one or two (in the case of a double bed) separate sleeping boards forwards, unfold folding supports
• Spread out the sleeping cushions - done!
